Croydon has become the most sought-after office locale for UK firms; even more popular than Central London, according to recent research from CoStar, he world leader in commercial real estate information. The CoStar 50 2016 Occupier Index judged Croydon to be the nation’s most active market in the country.

Croydon offers Grade A office space 15 minutes from central London for 1/5 of the cost.
